CFO Methodology

The Complimentary Review involves an intensive review of your business affairs by an experienced CFO from Azure Group.

This review is complimentary, lasts for over 2 hours and will help you gain a thorough understanding of your business financial operations and define immediate areas for improvement, simplification and a focus for Stage 2.

The Implementation Stage involves the CFO implementing agreed changes to your processes, systems and financial reports.

This role may include reconciliation of inaccurate books/records; identify immediate or obvious areas of cost savings, or dealing with outstanding tax or compliance matters.  At this stage your CFO will also work with you to build Budgets / Forecasts and other financial information that is targeted for your business.

Stage 3 is where your CFO will attend your premises regulary and manage the financial control aspects of your business including any daily, weekly or monthly accounting needs.

Your CFO will be available for technical matters at all times and will ensure all processes, systems and reporting runs smoothly.

Your CFO will also work with you to implement strategies and goals around your business success and will regularly attend Board Meetings to ensure both the Financial and Strategic aspects of your business are being well cared for.
