Natalie has over 23 years experience working in professional services.  Having started her career in business development, and having worked with accountants for over 18 years, Natalie brings not only operational diligence to her role as General Manager but also sales and marketing effectiveness to assist in Azure Group's long term vision.

Azure Group is a founding member of XLNC and Natalie is a member of the steering committee.  Natalie  played an active role alongside the Chairman in the early success of the alliance and continues to contribute at board level to the ongoing growth of XLNC and in building trusted relationships with the member firms.
