TANYA MORAN | Senior Client Partner 

Tanya is a Senior Tax Partner, Private Clients and has more then 25 years' experience working with a large array of businesses from small accounting firms to large international corporations.

Tanya joined Azure Group in 2003 from an executive position with Qantas Airways. As a qualified Chartered Accountant and a registered Tax Agent for over 18 years, Tanya has helped her clients appreciate and understand their financial and tax positions and has assisted them to develop and implement strategies to better manage their business and personal wealth.

Tanya provides advisory support to small and medium sized businesses in the corporate sector, international subsidiaries and to family groups with wealth of up to $100 million.

Her areas of taxation expertise includes income and capital gains tax, tax consolidations and grouping, international taxation, superannuation and retirement planning, goods and services tax, compliance management, payroll taxes, employee share schemes and government grants.

Her knowledge and experience also extends to ASX and large company reporting, ASIC and company secretarial matters, corporate register maintenance, budgeting and management reporting.
